Colleen Buggs is a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families. In her private practice, Colleen specializes in working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She also brings extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and people living with HIV, providing affirming, trauma-informed care that honors identity, resilience, and lived experience.
